patrons. (Currently one of the downstairs
rooms is used as a manager / owners
quarters.)

Inside is a common area with library and
eating areas. The large downstairs kitchen
used to prepare guests breakfast could
easily be converted for restaurant use and
the common area could be converted as
seating for restaurant patrons. Also there is
a second laundry room and storage area off
the kitchen.
